Counselling
Counseling and Psychotherapy, for me, serve as a profound means of healing through conversation and connection with others. I adopt an integrative approach, incorporating concepts, skills, and techniques from psychotherapeutic, yogic, and spiritual domains. I enjoy blending counseling, yoga, and spirituality, as it reflects a holistic method that embraces mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we will cultivate a therapeutic relationship designed to support you in the best way possible. I believe everyone possesses the knowledge and wisdom needed to foster healing in their lives. I will accompany you on your path of self-discovery and healing, encouraging you to thrive and grow in an environment where you can gently, safely, and kindly exist. Through our connection, we will gradually explore both the lighter and darker aspects of the self.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical guidelines. Additionally, I am part of a network of counselors and psychotherapists.
Availability
I provide in-person sessions in the heart of Manchester (M1 6DN) and in Failsworth (M35 0LE), where outdoor therapy can be enjoyed in the community orchard. Online and remote sessions are available via Zoom.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be scheduled for either a short (single session) or long-term basis, with a fee of £60. I also offer a complimentary 10-minute Zoom session to help us connect and address any questions.
I provide a limited number of reduced sessions for individuals who can meet their basic needs (such as food and housing) while actively considering affordability. These sessions are priced at £40.
What next?
Send me a message for any additional information or questions you may have and I'll do my best to respond as quickly as I can. This is usually within a day. We'll then look to schedule a day and time to initially meet. I like to suggest a couple of days space after our initial call, to allow you time and space to reflect on our time together. I'll reach out via email to see if you would like to work together. If so, we can then look to book in our first session together and look to determine the frequency of sessions.
