Movement for Wellbeing

This offering is an opportunity to move your body, connect to deeper parts of self and bring a slowness to life. It incorporates elements of yoga and psychotherapy. For me yoga represents the harmonious connection of mind, body, and spirit through the breath. This can be achieved through physical movements, postures, and various breathing techniques. By engaging our entire body and senses, we can enhance our awareness and connection to the different aspects of ourselves.

These sessions are customised to meet your individual needs and focus. They may incorporate movement and breathing practices that are guided by both yoga and psychotherapeutic methods. Each session aims to support you holistically, helping you to release, express, or find calm. Before we begin, we will discuss how we can best collaborate in your journey.

I am registered and a member of International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Availability

I offer in-person sessions in the heart of Manchester (M1 2AP). Each session lasts 60 minutes and can be arranged as either a single session or on a long-term basis, with a fee of £60. To help us connect and address any questions, I provide a complimentary 10-minute Microsoft Teams call.

I provide a limited number of reduced sessions for individuals who can meet their basic needs (such as food and housing) while actively considering affordability. These sessions are priced at £40.
